What’s a good replacement for kale?

Kale has become a fashionable vegetable, thanks to celebrities and the health-conscious (Interesting read: Why it’s now cool to eat kale?). SIMILARITIES OF KALE AND KAILAN
Kailan is also known as Chinese Kale. Both of these vegetables falls under the same species: brassica oleracea. This species is rich in essential nutrients such as vitamin C. A rich diet in cruciferous vegetables such as these plants (including cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower) is linked to a reduced risk of a few cancer. (source)

WHERE TO GET KALE?
