One thing great about juicing is that you can include vegetables and fruits which you rarely eat and would like to consume more. If you rarely eat pear or dislike ginger, try pear and ginger juice for a change.
PEAR HELPS RELIEVE THIRST AND PHLEGM
Pear is not a very popular fruit as comparison to apple (Perhaps because A is for apple but P is always for plane?) However, this underrated fruit is great to juice as it contains a lot of water. It also help relieves thirst and phlegm.
This juice also contains other highly nutritious plants such as ginger, radish and orange which gives it a good taste. According to Kuving’s recipe book (click to read review), this juice is good for digestion tract and relieves sore throats.
