Ok, we lied. This is not an ice-cream per se, but it sure look and taste like it! Who says delicious dessert cannot be healthy? This ice-cream use only three ingredients, and each of them are known for its health benefits: banana, peanut butter and honey.
The creamy texture of this ‘ice-cream’ comes from banana. It’s abundant in tropical country like ours, making this dessert even better since it’s grown locally.
YOU WILL NEED
> Banana, ripe x 5 (about 500 g)
> Peanut butter x 2 tbsp
> Honey x 2 tbsp
1. Slice bananas into small pieces.
2. Place them separately on a plate and freeze for an hour
3. Put frozen bananas into a food processor or a blender.
4. Add peanut butter
5. Add honey
6. Blend until smooth
7. Put it in the freezer for another half an hour and it’ll turn into ice-cream!
We love how we can create an ice-cream in 10 minutes and without fancy ice-cream maker.
