Bananas are great snacks! The reason banana is in our list is because it’s easy to bring and easy to eat in the office.

Bananas has high level of tryptophan, which is converted to serotonin that gives us the happy mood. The FDA of United States also officially recognize bananas as being able to lower blood pressure, a mighty help especially for our stressful working environment. High in fiber, it also helps to smoothen our bowel movements.bananas
