5 things to do with mandarin oranges

Every Chinese New Year, our house will be filled with heaps of mandarin oranges. They symbolise fortune and abundance. The more we give them away, the more we seem to receive! If you love the Chinese culture and the idea of auspiciousness, you wouldn’t at all be disturbed with this little problem. However, the reality is there will be many of this citrus fruits lying around. Here are some ideas on what you can do with them:

1. Roll it out in a strip
