The no.1 beauty product to combat aging: high SPF sunblock

The main cause of premature aging is exposure to the sun. This fact was drilled into my head by a seasoned dermatologist who looks twenty years younger than his real age. He advocates proper skin care through consuming nutritious food, physical activity and high SPF sunblock.

There are many contradicting studies on necessity of high SPF sunblock as compare to lower ones.  Since nothing in conclusive and taking advise from my dermatologist, I feel it’s a safer bet to buy higher SPF and reapply when need be.
