1. Chew your food

2. Have warming spices
Warming spices such as ginger, tumeric (kunyit), cardamom (pelaga), cinnamon (kayu manis) are good for digestion.
3. Include flaxseed in your diet

4. Don’t drink while eating
It is said that drinking water during meal with dilute your digestive enzymes. Instead of gobbling a whole glass of water, take sips during meal.
5. Eat warming, cooked food
