Bread makes good snacks or even quick meals at work. It is easy to get in the stores and easy to prepare with a variety of spreads (i.e. butter, kaya, jams) and meats to choose from (i.e. ham, sausages, luncheon meat).

It also reduces the risk of getting metabolic syndrome, which is a group of disorders that increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes. It prevents gallstones, prevents constipation, and protects against breast cancer, and this list goes on.
