Guacamole is an avocado based sauce that originates from Aztec, Mexico. There are many variation to it; ingredients like onions, garlic and tomato are commonly added. But today we’ll show you the traditional way which happens to be the simplest method.

For those with Asian palate, eating this dip needs a bit of mental adjustment. The taste of avocado in itself is rather mild. Having been used to strong and flavourful condiment like sambal belacan, don’t expect a lot of taste from it.
